In all sports, being an athlete with a champion’s mindset requires committing to live heads up while training, practicing, and competing. The Live Heads Up Playbook was created to assist coaches, sports program leaders, and athletes in understanding the critical importance of implementing LHU in every area of their sport and beyond. 

Each Live Heads Up Playbook Program participant will be given a booklet and pledge that they will LHU during the season and beyond. They will also have an opportunity to write down what legacy they want to leave when they leave their team, school, or program.

Our rapidly expanding program has been adopted by school sports teams, clubs and camps from youth through college.
