Neighbors Helping Neighbors Live Heads Up was created to enhance connectivity within communities. This is achieved through working with local leaders, business owners, schools and/or volunteer groups to implement Live Heads Up campaigns, which bring awareness and support to causes important to the community.

Many communities are experiencing rapid growth within their aging population and as a result are struggling to adequately support them.

Live Heads Up works as a conduit between community leaders and senior care organizations to connect elderly and homebound individuals with others in their community.
